BRAVO! celebrates 75 years of The Lindley Players here in Whitstable, so come and enjoy an evening of drama, comedy, music and dance, along with your eccentric host, ‘The Archivist’.
After everything we have all been through the Lindley Players are delighted to be able to present BRAVO! as their first show back.
The show includes extracts from the following: Stepping Out, Quiet Wedding (the Lindley Players’ first production in 1946), Scaramouche Jones, David Copperfield, History Boys, The Dresser and Glass Menagerie. We have songs from Hairspray, Oliver and Chicago, comedy from Enjoy, Boeing Boeing and The Woman Who Cooked Her Husband, plus Green Room and Youth Group productions.
The show wouldn’t be complete without an homage to pantomime and a Music Hall finale!
As part of the Seeing It Safely campaign our priority is the safety of our audience, cast and technical and support staff. Hand gel dispensers are located throughout the Playhouse, and the Theatre is thoroughly cleaned before each performance.
