Information Evening
The Information evening will not include a full readthrough but will have scene summaries.
There will be more detailed information about the characterisation of all roles and the commitment in terms of amount of script to be learnt, songs and dances for each character so that an informed decision can be made prior to auditioning. It will be helpful to you in deciding on what to audition for to make notes from this meeting.
Audition pieces will be made available on this evening and before via the website.
Auditions
Auditions will be held in the studio, in front of a panel which will include the director, production assistant and up to two other Lindleys. You will be called in to read for the part(s) you have selected with other auditionees reading other characters in the relative scenes. You may be paired with multiple people across the evening. Ensemble/Chorus parts will be auditioned in groups and given a variety of scenarios to react to.
Once all parts have been auditioned, the evening will end, hopefully no later than 7 pm.
If you have any additional requirements or need assistance in order to attend the audition, please let the PA, Tracy know via email tracyparvin@gmail.com or Director, Amanda, know via email agerrard1@gmail.com If you are unable to attend on the day of the audition, please do get in touch beforehand and we will try to see you at another time if possible.
